الإلغاء
لأن قطع Lilith Couture تُجهّز حسب الطلب، أرسلي طلب الإلغاء فوراً عبر واتساب +974 55561949 أو إلى contact@lilithcouture.qa مع رقم الطلب أو الفاتورة. سنؤكد لكِ ما إذا كان بالإمكان إلغاء الطلب قبل بدء التجهيز. بعد بدء تجهيز القطعة حسب الطلب قد لا يكون الإلغاء ممكناً.
إذا وافقنا على الإلغاء، يُعاد المبلغ إلى وسيلة الدفع الأصلية، ويعتمد وقت ظهوره في الحساب على مزود الدفع والبنك. لا تؤثر هذه السياسة في حقوقكِ المتعلقة بقطعة معيبة أو تالفة أو غير مطابقة للطلب، ولا تستبعد أي حق يقرره القانون.
الخصوصية
نستخدم بيانات الطلب والتواصل لمعالجة الطلب، تأكيد الدفع، ترتيب التوصيل وتقديم الدعم. قد نشارك بيانات التوصيل الضرورية مع مزودي الخدمة المشاركين في تنفيذ الطلب.

Cancellations
Because Lilith Couture pieces are prepared to order, send your cancellation request promptly through WhatsApp +974 55561949 or email contact@lilithcouture.qa with your order or invoice number. We will confirm whether the order can be cancelled before preparation begins. Once made-to-order preparation has started, cancellation may no longer be possible.
If we approve a cancellation, the refund is returned to the original payment method. The time it takes to appear depends on the payment provider and your bank. This policy does not affect your rights concerning a defective, damaged or incorrect item and does not exclude rights provided by law.
Privacy
We use order and contact information to process orders, confirm payment, arrange delivery and provide support. Necessary delivery information may be shared with service providers involved in fulfilling the order.

طلبات واتساب ومدفوعات PayPal
عند التواصل عبر واتساب، نستخدم اسمك ورقم هاتفك ورسائلك وتفاصيل القطعة والمقاس وبيانات التوصيل لتأكيد الطلب وإعداد الفاتورة والتوصيل وخدمة ما بعد البيع. قد نسجل تفاصيل الطلب اللازمة في Shopify. عند استخدام PayPal إذا كان متاحاً، يعالج PayPal بيانات الدفع وفق سياسة الخصوصية الخاصة به، ونتلقى بيانات المعاملة وحالة الدفع اللازمة لخدمة طلبك. يخضع استخدام واتساب أيضاً لسياسة خصوصية WhatsApp. لا ترسلي بيانات البطاقة أو كلمات المرور أو رموز التحقق عبر المحادثة. للاستفسار عن بياناتك، راسلينا على contact@lilithcouture.qa.
WhatsApp orders and PayPal payments
When you contact us on WhatsApp, we use your name, phone number, messages, product and size choices, and delivery details to confirm your order, prepare an invoice, arrange delivery and provide after-sales support. Necessary order details may be recorded in Shopify. If you use PayPal when available, PayPal processes payment information under its own privacy policy, and we receive transaction details and payment status needed to service your order. Use of WhatsApp is also subject to WhatsApp’s privacy policy. Do not send card details, passwords or verification codes in chat. For questions about your information, email contact@lilithcouture.qa.
