التجهيز حسب الطلب

نبدأ تجهيز قطعتك بعد تأكيد الطلب واستلام الدفع. المدة التقديرية للتجهيز والتوصيل داخل قطر من أسبوع إلى أسبوعين. إذا طرأ تأخير على طلبك، نتواصل معك بالتحديثات المتاحة.

التوصيل داخل قطر

التوصيل المتاح حالياً عبر المتجر داخل قطر. خيار Qatar Delivery الحالي مجاني، وتُؤكد تفاصيل التوصيل وأي رسوم في صفحة الدفع أو الفاتورة قبل الدفع. أدخلي رقم المنطقة والشارع والمبنى ورقم الهاتف، وأضيفي رقم الشقة عند الحاجة.

التتبع ومتابعة الطلب

يمكنك متابعة إشعارات الطلب عبر البريد الإلكتروني الذي أدخلته عند الشراء. عند توفر رقم تتبع، تتم مشاركته معك بعد شحن الطلب. للاستفسار عن حالة الطلب أو تعديل العنوان قبل الشحن، راسلينا عبر واتساب +974 55561949 أو البريد contact@lilithcouture.qa مع رقم الطلب.

الطلبات خارج قطر

الشحن خارج قطر غير متاح حالياً عند الدفع. تواصلي معنا للاستفسار عن الوجهة المطلوبة قبل تقديم الطلب.

Made-to-order preparation

Preparation begins after your order and payment are confirmed. Estimated preparation and delivery within Qatar take 1–2 weeks. If your order is delayed, we will contact you with available updates.

Delivery within Qatar

The online store currently delivers within Qatar. The current Qatar Delivery option is free and delivery details and any charges are confirmed at checkout or on the invoice before payment. Provide your zone, street, building and phone number, plus your apartment number where applicable.

Tracking and order support

Order notifications use the email address provided at checkout. Where a tracking number is available, it is shared after dispatch. For an order update or an address correction before shipping, contact us on WhatsApp +974 55561949 or email contact@lilithcouture.qa with your order number.
