تدير ليليث كوتور لتجارة الملابس متجر Lilith Couture من الدوحة، قطر. باستخدامكِ للموقع أو تقديم طلب، فإنكِ توافقين على هذه الشروط والسياسات المرتبطة بها. للاستفسار راسلينا على contact@lilithcouture.qa.

المنتجات والتصنيع حسب الطلب

تُجهّز قطع Lilith Couture حسب الطلب. راجعي اسم التصميم، المقاس، السعر ووصف المنتج قبل تأكيد الطلب، وراسِلينا قبل الشراء إذا احتجتِ توضيح القياسات أو الخامة أو العناية. تبدأ عملية التجهيز بعد تأكيد الطلب واستلام الدفع.

الطلبات والأسعار

تظهر الأسعار بالريال القطري، ويُؤكد المبلغ النهائي وخيارات التوصيل عند الدفع عبر الموقع أو في الفاتورة قبل الدفع. يرجى تقديم بيانات اتصال وتوصيل صحيحة وكاملة. إذا تعذر تنفيذ تفاصيل أساسية في الطلب، نتواصل معكِ لتأكيد الخطوة المناسبة قبل المتابعة.

الطلب عبر واتساب والدفع عبر PayPal

للطلب أو للاستفسار عن الدفع، تواصلي معنا عبر واتساب +974 55561949 أو البريد الإلكتروني. أرسلي رابط القطعة والمقاس والكمية. نؤكد التوفر وتفاصيل الطلب والتوصيل والمبلغ النهائي والعملة وطريقة الدفع قبل إرسال الفاتورة أو رابط الدفع. واتساب قناة للتواصل وتنسيق الطلب وليس بوابة دفع. لا ترسلي بيانات البطاقة أو كلمة المرور أو رمز التحقق عبر المحادثة.

يمكن استخدام PayPal فقط عندما يظهر كخيار متاح في صفحة الدفع أو الفاتورة المرسلة من Lilith Couture. إذا لم يظهر، تواصلي معنا لتأكيد الخيارات المتاحة. راجعي المبلغ والعملة وأي تحويل عملة معروض قبل الدفع. إرسال رسالة أو استلام فاتورة لا يعني تأكيد الدفع؛ يبدأ التجهيز بعد تأكيد الطلب واستلام الدفع. تسري سياسات الشحن والإلغاء والإرجاع نفسها على الطلبات عبر الموقع وواتساب.

الشحن والتوصيل

التوصيل عبر المتجر متاح حالياً داخل قطر. المدة التقديرية للتجهيز والتوصيل من أسبوع إلى أسبوعين وليست موعداً مضموناً. راجعي سياسة الشحن للتفاصيل والمتابعة.

الإلغاء والإرجاع

قد لا يكون إلغاء القطعة ممكناً بعد بدء تجهيزها حسب الطلب. تواصلي معنا فوراً برقم الطلب لنتحقق من حالته. العيوب أو التلف أو عدم مطابقة الطلب تُعالج وفق سياسة الإرجاع والاسترداد وحقوق المستهلك المقررة بالقانون القطري.

الاستخدام المقبول

لا يجوز إساءة استخدام الموقع، محاولة تعطيله، التحايل على وظائفه أو استخدام محتواه لأغراض غير قانونية. الصور والنصوص والشعارات المعروضة تخص Lilith Couture أو تُستخدم بإذن، ولا يجوز نسخها أو استخدامها تجارياً دون موافقة.

التعديلات والقانون المطبق

قد نحدّث هذه الشروط عند تغير المتجر أو المتطلبات القانونية. تسري على الطلب الشروط المنشورة عند تقديمه، ما لم يقتض القانون خلاف ذلك. تخضع هذه الشروط للقوانين المعمول بها في دولة قطر، ولا ينتقص أي نص فيها من الحقوق التي لا يجوز استبعادها قانوناً.

Products and made-to-order preparation

Lilith Couture pieces are prepared to order. Review the design name, size, price and product description before confirming your order. Contact us before purchase if you need measurements, fabric or care details clarified. Preparation begins after the order and payment are confirmed.

Orders and prices

Prices are shown in Qatari riyals. The final total and delivery options are confirmed at website checkout or on the invoice before payment. You must provide accurate and complete contact and delivery information. If an essential order detail cannot be fulfilled, we will contact you to confirm the appropriate next step before proceeding.

WhatsApp orders and PayPal payments

To place an order or ask about payment, contact us on WhatsApp +974 55561949 or by email. Send the product link, size and quantity. We confirm availability, order and delivery details, the final total, currency and payment method before sending an invoice or payment link. WhatsApp is used to discuss and arrange orders; it is not a payment gateway. Do not send card details, passwords or verification codes in chat.

PayPal can be used only when it is offered on the checkout page or an invoice issued by Lilith Couture. If it is not shown, contact us to confirm the available options. Review the amount, currency and any displayed currency conversion before paying. Sending a message or receiving an invoice does not confirm payment; preparation begins after the order and payment are confirmed. The same shipping, cancellation and return policies apply to website and WhatsApp orders.

Shipping and delivery

Delivery is currently available within Qatar. The estimated preparation and delivery period is 1–2 weeks and is not a guaranteed delivery date. Read our Shipping Policy for details and order support.

Cancellations and returns

Cancellation may no longer be possible after made-to-order preparation begins. Contact us promptly with your order number so we can check its status. Defective, damaged or incorrect items are handled under our Return and Refund Policy and the consumer rights provided by Qatar law.

Acceptable use

You must not misuse the website, attempt to disrupt it, bypass its functions or use its content for unlawful purposes. Images, text and logos displayed on the website belong to Lilith Couture or are used with permission and may not be copied or used commercially without approval.

Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how information is collected, used and shared, and the choices available to you.

Changes and governing law

We may update these terms when the store or legal requirements change. The terms published when an order is placed apply to that order unless the law requires otherwise. These terms are governed by the applicable laws of the State of Qatar. Nothing in them limits rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

الدفع عبر فوراً داخل قطر

يمكنك الدفع عبر خدمة فوراً (Fawran) داخل قطر. بعد تأكيد القطعة والمقاس والكمية والمبلغ النهائي والتوصيل عبر واتساب، نرسل الفاتورة وبيانات المستفيد المسجل في فوراً. يتم التحويل من تطبيق البنك؛ راجعي اسم المستفيد والمبلغ قبل التأكيد، وأضيفي رقم الطلب أو الفاتورة كمرجع إذا كان متاحاً. يبدأ التجهيز بعد تحقق Lilith Couture من وصول المبلغ إلى الحساب؛ صورة إيصال التحويل وحدها لا تُعد تأكيداً لاستلام الدفع.

Fawran payments within Qatar

You can pay through Fawran within Qatar. After we confirm the product, size, quantity, final total and delivery on WhatsApp, we send your invoice and the registered Fawran beneficiary details. Make the transfer through your banking app, check the beneficiary name and amount before confirming, and include the order or invoice number as a reference where available. Preparation begins after Lilith Couture verifies that the funds have reached the account; a transfer receipt screenshot alone is not confirmation of received payment.
